How do I get started with my VDS server?

After placing your order, your server is activated instantly. You will receive login credentials by email within minutes. Connect via RDP (Windows) or SSH (Linux) using the IP address and credentials provided in your customer panel.

What operating systems are supported on VDS?

All VDS and VPS servers support Windows Server 2025, Debian 12, CentOS Stream 10 and Ubuntu 24.04. OS reinstallation is available at any time directly from the customer panel.

Is DDoS protection included on all plans?

Yes. All vShield products — VDS, Web Hosting and Dedicated Servers — include enterprise-grade DDoS protection. Our network is capable of mitigating large-scale attacks in real time without any service interruption.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the customer panel. Upgrades are applied immediately and billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 3 days of the first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us via the ticket system in your customer panel or through our Discord server.

How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your service at any time from the customer panel. The service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Data is permanently deleted 72 hours after service suspension.
